Meet Naomi: Therapist
& Artist.
I believe everything that we create—connections, words, actions—are extensions of who we are. I see a natural synergy between Art, Creativity, and Psychology.
Welcome
“Art is my refuge.”
Art is my personal tool for self-healing, empowerment, and discovery. It nourishes my ability to hold space for clients.
I approach healing from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and integrative lens, focusing on building inner sense of safety and empowerment. ‘Glimmers’, moments of peace and safety, remind us that, despite challenges, we hold our power in our personal strengths and abilities, and this is where the magic happens. We may choose to invest in our strengths, softening movement through life’s challenges with grace and self-compassion.
The Art of Therapy: Tailoring Treatment to the Individual.
I offer a holistic, evidence-based approach tailored to each client's unique needs—there is no one-size-fits-all treatment plan . My extensive experience in public-facing roles, from the Arts community to hospital settings, allows me to nurture, build trust, and hold space for others. I value collaboration and support clients in exploring their strengths and personal growth as they heal.
That said, you deserve to feel validated in the full depth of your human experience. Inner experiences deserve to be witnessed, and associated emotional charge offered the space to move through you and out, rather than command you. I believe that all emotions and physiological sensations are signals asking us to pay attention, respond accordingly, and to love ourselves louder. In this way, we honour our experiences, processing feeling and releasing stress rather than resisting in a way that simply holds it in the body. The goal is to recall memories in a way that feels manageable, to find meaning, and to soften moving forward. This is a nonjudgemental zone where you will be validated and respected as you unlearn, process, highlight your potential, and step into your power.
